Am I eligible for ISDE subsidy?
ISDE subsidy is available for many heat pumps. You can read the conditions on our subsidy page. We are happy to advise on your situation.
How long does installation take?
That depends on your home and the chosen installation. We discuss the schedule before work begins.
Does the outdoor unit make a lot of noise?
Modern heat pumps are built to run quietly. During the advice visit we also look at where the unit goes, so you and your neighbours notice it as little as possible.
Do I need underfloor heating?
Not necessarily. A heat pump works best in a well-insulated home with low flow temperatures, but a lot is often possible with radiators too. We look at this during the advice visit at your home.
What maintenance does a heat pump need?
The maintenance needed depends on the system and how it is used. See our maintenance service.
What is the difference with a hybrid heat pump?
A hybrid heat pump works together with a central heating boiler, which steps in when it is cold. A fully electric heat pump does everything on its own. Which one suits you depends on your home.
